About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Lending Relationship Management Senior Manager to lead the private label client relationship management team within the Wells Fargo Retails Services business.
In this role, you will:
* Manage and develop individual contributors in roles with moderate complexity and risk
* Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers
* Engage with the team and set goals which are measured in volume for present and future sales needs
* Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
* Ensure and maintain relationship management with clients and their needs
* Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the Retail Services Relationship Management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
* Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers
* Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Retail Services Relationship Management
* Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ years of Business Lending Relationship Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in Private Label Credit or a B2B2C lending environment
* Experience with negotiating contracts and proposals with large business clients
* Ability to present complex information to c-suite executives
* Experience managing 3rd party relationships
Job Expectations:
* Travel up to 25-30% is aligned to this position.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
