About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Reporting Specialist with strong engineering and data visualization expertise to drive FP&A reporting automation. This role is critical in optimizing reporting efficiency through scalable data models, automation, and high-quality dashboard design. The ideal candidate will bring a deep technical understanding of Power BI, performance optimization, and UI/UX principles to build intuitive, visually impactful reports.

You will report directly to the Shared Service Center Manager and have a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Financial Analyst Principal in the US, who serves as the main point of contact for all Power BI reporting.

What You'll Get To Do

• Architect, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions with a focus on scalability, automation, and seamless data integration.
• Design and implement interactive, visually compelling dashboards that provide clear insights and improve decision-making.
• Enhance Power BI performance by refining DAX calculations, optimizing queries, and ensuring efficient data models.
• Automate recurring FP&A reports to reduce manual efforts and improve reporting efficiency.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development, data governance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient, data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with the Financial Analyst Principal in the US to align reporting priorities and continuously improve reporting frameworks.
  
  

Skills And Experience We Value

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning.
• 4-7 years experience in Power BI.
• Strong data engineering skills, with experience in data modeling, ETL, and integrating diverse data sources into Power BI.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles for effective dashboard creation.
• Ability to automate financial reporting workflows and optimize data refresh cycles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive efficiency in reporting.
• Experience in working within Shared Service Centers or multinational corporate environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for report distribution and data integration.
