BI Project Manager & System Analyst | Healthcare Organization

📍 Location: Be’er Sheva OR Bnei Brak (hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days from home)

A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced BI System Analyst & Project Manager to join its data division – one position in Be’er Sheva and one in Bnei Brak.

This is an end-to-end role – from working with business users and defining requirements, through system analysis and hands-on SQL development, to managing implementation and ongoing business responsibility after go-live.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading BI projects from analysis through implementation

• Hands-on SQL development (procedures, queries, architecture)

• Writing technical and functional specs, UI wireframes, and dashboards

• Collaborating with internal dev teams and supporting end users

• Designing and modeling data for BI tools (mainly BO; Power BI / Qlik Sense – a plus)

We’re looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of experience in both BI system analysis and project management

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL (must)

• Experience in large data/BI environments – ideally in healthcare, telecom, or banking

• Strong understanding of user experience and screen design

• Advantage: working with BO / Power BI / Qlik Sense

• Strong communication skills and the ability to own solutions from spec to support
