Apply now to get started! Description (In a Nutshell) Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, the BI Manager is a strategic, and technically proficient, hands-on leader in Business Intelligence. This role is responsible for executing and supporting TimeDoc Health's BI strategy, including creating and maintaining data architecture, developing analytics solutions, and providing actionable insights that support operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with data analytics and cloud-based data warehousing, along with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and work hands-on to deliver high-quality outcomes. This position is critical to driving value and impact through data for both internal teams and clients. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, supporting TimeDoc Health's mission, operations, and future strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership * Architecture: design, evolve, and maintain robust data architectures and data warehouse structures (GCP-native, scalable, and secure). * ETL and Data Pipelines: Architect, develop, and maintain large-scale ETL processes and transformation workflows to support reporting and analytical needs. * Data Modeling: Lead multi-dimensional modeling and star-schema designs to optimize data for analytics, self-service BI, and performance. * Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards. Strategic Planning & Execution * Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate a comprehensive BI vision and strategy aligned with TimeDoc Health's operational and strategic goals. * BI Ownership: Develop annual BI plan, including creation and maintenance of BI roadmaps, and the evolutions of the data technology stack. * Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between the BI vision and the broader organizational strategy. * Lead the migration from PowerBI to Google Looker, ensuring business continuity and improved analytics capabilities. Analytics and Business Impact: * Create best in-class dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that enable actionable insights across operations, clinical services, and client engagement. * Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support business objectives. * Analysis and reporting to track performance against key performance indicators to improve and optimize business operations including enrollment, patient engagement and care coordination activities. * Quantify the impact of our services as it relates to quality measures, clinical outcomes, and medical service utilization. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (computer science, information systems, statistics, math, engineering). * 7+ years of end-to-end development experience using industry-leading BI platforms, with a strong focus on Power BI and Looker. * 3+ years designing and maintaining scalable, cloud-based data warehouses and BI Solutions (preferably GCP Big Query). * Proven expertise in full-stack ETL/ELT development and orchestration. * Expertise in SQL for complex data querying, transformations, and optimization. * Proficiency in Python for automation, data transformation, and analytics scripting. * Strong understanding of multi-dimensional data modeling, including star schema, snowflake schema, and data vault methodologies.
