Our Business Intelligence Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong and London. Our goal is to find and build the next leaders within both Linjer and our portfolio companies. We accept applications on a rolling basis.

What you’ll work on:
Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals for business intelligence
Learning and fully understand the data landscape for use in our reporting, including sales data, marketing spend (for various e-commerce companies)
Develop dashboards and create reports
Support users in using dashboards and reports
Review and validate data and maintain data sources
Communicate insights to senior management and across the organization
Analyze and synthesize data; report back findings with recommendations
Rotation areas (personalized according to each candidate as well as company needs):
Operations
Merchandising
Customer experience
Production planning
Paid marketing
Webshop management
CRM (email/Whatsapp/SMS)
Finance
Who You Are
A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
You have at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, like computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business studies
Extreme rigor when it comes to solving problems and data analysis
Some experience programming for data analysis
Fluent English speaker
You are a self-starter and take initiative
You are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
You are thorough and detail-oriented
You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
You work well with others
