Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver intuitive, visually compelling Power BI reports tailored to the varied data requirements of the Client's Credit business.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business and technology partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and requirements-gathering discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems to provide comprehensive perspectives and data-driven narratives for business stakeholders.
  • Develop and architect robust data models to enhance report performance and streamline report development.
  • Create interactive and dynamic visualizations that provide actionable insights and drive business value.
  • Advocate for and implement sound, practical data pipeline and reporting processes, operating with a continuous improvement mindset.


Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering intuitive, visually engaging Power BI reports and Paginated Reports; a portfolio of report designs is highly desirable.
  • Relevant experience in private equity or finance preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques.
  • Experience with Report Builder for designing and creating SSRS/Paginated Reports.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and optimizing queries.
  • Relevant experience with Tableau and Microsoft cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric, ADLS, SQL MI).
  • Experience with Python data transformation tools and libraries.
  • Power BI or equivalent certifications are a plus.
