Zakres Obowiązków

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for the entire BI lifecycle, with a primary focus on data extraction, transformation, and backend engineering in Microsoft Fabric / BI while also supporting frontend development and visualization in Power BI when necessary. You will play a pivotal role in delivering scalable, high-performance BI solutions for various customers across multiple industries, ensuring each project aligns with their specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build fully integrated end-to-end BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric / BI Stack. Play supportive role with Power BI frontend report development - mainly working with Power BI developers.
• Design and develop data lakes, warehouses, and transformations using Fabric Data Factory, Pipelines, OneLake and others.
• Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Create efficient DAX calculations, implement Row-Level Security (RLS), and ensure seamless performance of Power BI datasets.
• Optimize queries, refresh times, and backend architecture to ensure optimal BI system performance.
• Implement best practices for data security, compliance (GDPR, SOC, etc.), and access controls.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and IT teams; support presales efforts by demonstrating BI capabilities to clients.
• Participate in business requirement analysis and contribute to the design of the best technology solutions tailored to each project.
  
  

Odpowiednie Kompetencje

• Proven experience in Microsoft BI solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end BI development, covering backend data processing and optionally supporting frontend visualization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and SQL-based transformations.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, ADLS, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize architecture of BI.

• Experience with CI/CD for BI solutions.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and AI-driven analytics.
• Prior involvement in presales, client consulting, or solution architecture.
• Microsoft Certifications: DP-500 (Azure Enterprise Data Analyst), PL-300 (Power BI), DP-203 (Azure Data Engineer Associate).
