seeking an experienced BI Developer to join our team creating a cutting-edge Group Resilience Reporting Suite. As a BI Developer with minimum 10+ years’ experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying data visualisation and reports that enable stakeholders to easily navigate and analyse complex Resilience data

• Strong expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy and other relevant technologies

• Experience with data modelling, database design, and data warehousing

• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation principles

• Proficiency in programming language like SQL, Python, or R

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills "

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Performing requirements analysis.

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

• Working closely with clients, business, and managerial staff.

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Performing user acceptance testing.

• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

• Conduct research to see what's new and trending in the digital / data space internally and externally

• Creating and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog

• Clearly communicating priorities, sprint goals and acceptance criteria to the scrum team

• Defining user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements to the scrum team, including 'definition of done'.

• Act as a key player in the different events of the development cycle: daily scrums, team demos and retrospectives, SIT, UAT and sign-off from business stakeholders.

• Review test cases and evidence to ensure enough test coverage

Risk Management*

• Coordinates, escalates, and reports on key risks and issues. Recorded in Bank’s project management tools (e.g., Clarity, PlanView, ADO), and proper and timely mitigations for closure in Refinement Forum.



Governance*

• Maintain requirements library (SharePoint / Teams / Confluence / ADO) including submitted papers and meeting minutes of various Governance forums.

• Provide support to Management Team, Workstream Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and development team to identify areas of improvement and to ensure that BA process follow the Bank’s NWOW standards, processes, and governance.

• Ensuring that all submissions to committees / forums are of the right quality and are timely. "
