BI Developer

Type: Long-term Contract

Work Setting: Hybrid (M-F 9am-5pm)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Are you a Power BI expert with a passion for data visualization, analytics, and automation? Do you have strong experience working with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and enjoy solving complex business problems? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Build margin optimization models and support pricing analytics initiatives.
• Work with Python or R to automate processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Apply statistical testing and probability theory to improve data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to proactively solve problems—not just take orders.
• Work independently, with minimal management oversight, to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in BI development and data analytics.
• Expert in Power BI (Tableau experience is a plus).
• Strong SQL programming skills with experience in Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure.
• Experience in pricing and margin optimization modeling.
• Familiarity with Python or R for automation and advanced analytics.
• Strong foundation in statistical methodologies and probability theory.
• Curiosity-driven mindset—we want a problem solver, not an order taker.

Preferred Certifications:

• Power BI Certification (preferred)
