Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer (BI Developer )

Job Description:

As a BI Developer at ADA Asia , you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and report development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration and Modelling :
• Design, develop, and maintain data models for efficient reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Dashboard and Report Development:
• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models, queries, and visualizations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and M Query.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL.

• Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Experience in data engineering and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for data storage and processing.
