One of our top clients is looking to hire a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to help take over dashboarding, reporting and other duties within their team. They are in the process of transitioning from QlikView to Power BI and would like to find someone well-versed in one, if not both of these tools. Other skills we are seeking would be someone who is strong with SQL and good familiarity with data engineering concepts like ETL.

This is a full-time role and partially onsite based out of their facility in the Cleveland area near Beachwood, Ohio. The salary offered will depend on experience but will likely range between $75,000 - $110,000 with stellar benefits and bonus. Job Responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Developer:

• Creates and updates Business Intelligence solutions using data analytics platforms, reporting tools and visualization techniques that turn raw data into meaningful insights.
• Designs technical queries.
• Develops exact search requests.
• Translates data into simple business terms and formats for use in other departments.
• Works with business analysts and other developers to curate data.
• Creates visual documents to help present data.
• Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software applications resolving any issues that arise.

Job Qualifications for the Business Intelligence Developer:

• Experience in developing in BI Tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated ability with ETL tools.
• Familiarity with tools and computer software commonly used by BI developers such as JavaScript, VB, C#, HTML, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Azure SQL Data Warehouse
• Ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting language.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid based out Beachwood, Ohio

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 + bonus
