A global energy company is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join their IT applications team and lead data-driven insights across enterprise operations. This position will play a critical role in designing secure data frameworks, building dashboards, and partnering with business units to translate performance metrics into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a secure framework for organizing and maintaining enterprise data, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and manage reporting tools and financial models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI to support planning, forecasting, and business operations.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and deliver user-centric technical solutions.
• Maintain existing dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and support data governance and quality efforts.
• Track work using Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development and data analytics.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.
• Experience working with cloud data lakes and building models using star-schema or snowflake structures.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with ability to engage business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Coding experience in Python, R, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and tools such as Power Query and Power Automate.
• Strong technical writing and Excel expertise (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA).
