Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer / Data Engineer (BI DE) to create and manage BI and data solutions that transform information into actionable insights. In this role, you will develop and implement BI software and data integration systems, design and maintain ETL processes, manage data pipelines, and ensure data quality. You will also analyse data to support business decisions and collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver complete, efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and systems (experiences with Power BI is a plus)
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English is a must, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematic, Statistics or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business intelligence development.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica), and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions : Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytic, Tableau
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are desirable.
