Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather data requirements and implement automated reporting solutions using in-house Business Intelligence tool DOMO
• Ensure data accuracy for a variety of information sources to support reporting and analytics company-wide
• Write SQL queries and perform optimized Extract Transform Load (ETL) operations using functions like aggregations, joins, window partitioning or similar
• Own entire data lifecycle – data collection, normalization, harmonization and distribute weekly/monthly reports to deliver results in a user-friendly format
• Become an expert in company’s data and operating models – build data reliability metrics and alerts when data gets out of sync
• Maintain daily updates to back-end data systems and possess skills like data mining, data aggregation, auditing, reconciliation, and validation to implement dashboards
• Work directly with cross functional teams (production, sales, finance, marketing, etc.) to serve their business intelligence needs
• Optimize existing reporting structure, automate manual data feeds and perform data analysis on decision making KPIs to answer ad hoc business questions
• Develop Python models and possess statistical analysis capabilities to better suit business process and operation
• Knowledge of ERP and trade spend management systems
  
  

Technical Skill Requirements

• Advanced Excel capabilities with focus on Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Index matching and such to integrate raw data from multiple sources, data cleansing and data manipulation
• Strong ability to read and write SQL queries and ETL processes to support data analysis as well as manage data across multiple sources
• Proficient in BI platforms, both in building complex datasets and visualizations or experience in using Domo, Tableau or similar
• Experience with forecasting models, ability and willingness to troubleshoot and debug data deficiencies
• Experience with statistical analysis languages like R / Python
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related area
• 1-3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics and/or Data Engineering with an emphasis on Business or Financial Reporting
• Preferred experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, particularly food and beverages

COMPENSATION: At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $75,000-$85,000 per year. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
