We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst, the requirements are:

Contract for 6 month.

Face to face modality.

San Jose, California, USA.

1. A bachelor's degree is required, with at least 5–7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis. An MBA or a master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, statistics, engineering, or computer science) is a plus.
2. Experience in developing impactful visual reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) scorecards.
3. Experience connecting to various data sources, importing, and transforming data to meet business intelligence needs.
4. Experience designing and developing tabular and multidimensional models that integrate seamlessly with the technical stack.
5. Experience embedding Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics (e.g., Power BI service or API automation).
6. Experience implementing row-level security and understanding application security layer models within Power BI.
7. Proven experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, and/or eCommerce. Experience in B2C and B2B environments is preferred.
8. Strong proficiency in SQL/Hive for data extraction, stitching, and analysis.
9. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics) is preferred.
10. Familiarity with data science modeling and Python for automation is a plus.
11. Experience in A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, statistical hypothesis testing, and test design, with the ability to combine disparate data sources (web, product, financial, etc.) to derive meaningful insights.
12. Experience with data transformation and ELT pipelines, working with large datasets using tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks.
13. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and strong problem-solving skills.
14. Experience with building and deploying machine learning models and ML pipelines (e.g., Sklearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, KubeFlow, MLFlow, SageMaker) is a plus.
