Role Summary Join Rivian's Remarketing Business Intelligence team in Irvine, CA, as a Business Intelligence Associate, Remarketing! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence - Remarketing & Vehicle Sales Strategy, you'll play a vital role in supporting various aspects of the Remarketing business, including trade-in, pre-owned vehicle sales, and off-lease processes. Your key tasks will involve data analysis, routine reporting, research and insights, and supporting ad-hoc data requests across the organization. We're looking for someone who is logical and data driven with familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides with a creative eye for data visualization. The ideal candidate will be equipped with analytical fundamentals who is capable of identifying cause and effect relationships in the data and presenting them in a concise manner. This candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, multitasking and time management skills while maintaining careful attention to detail. This role is a hybrid position, with the ideal candidate based within Southern California. Responsibilities Collect and validate data to ultimately drive business decisions across Remarketing and Sales Maintain and analyze data to track KPIs related to ongoing projects, revenue streams, and operations Support the development of tools, reports, and presentations that will be used across operational and leadership teams Identify trends and issues found in data from operational processes that could be used to improve business performance Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and reconcile any discrepancies in data Surface insights and findings to business partners in a digestible and effective manner Develop and maintain relationships across the organization; make yourself available to assist others with their initiatives and companywide goals Qualifications BA/BSc degree in relevant focus - e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting and analytics Familiarity and comfort in working with larget sets of data Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides Experience with data visualization tools preferred Knowledge of used vehicle values, auctions, or experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred High level of attention to detail and accuracy Organized presentation design and creation Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve intuitively Ability to multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced team oriented work environment Intuitive business acumen that understands cause-and-effect relationships quickly Flexible ability to work independently and within a team environment at all levels of leadership and staff Readiness to climb (literal & figurative) mountains to support businesses Remarketing is involved with at Rivian Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $85,000-$105,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
