Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams of business stakeholders and lead the design and execution of roadmap to drive business outcomes
• Design and implement enterprise-level Power BI architecture aligned to business needs.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise reporting
• 5 years of experience using PowerBI
• Ability to mentor PowerBI Consultants
• Manage large scale BI initiatives
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling concepts
• Build scalable data models (Star/Snowflake Schema) and ensure performance optimization.
• Ability to convert various business problems into tech solutions and vice versa
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
• Recommending changes to existing business intelligence processes or policies to improve efficiency
• Strong design concepts, wireframing and ability to come up with various KPI’s based on the data

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of total experience
• Pharma experience is MUST to have

Years of Experience

• 10+ years of experience managing BI projects.
