Outcubator is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in data management, we are hiring for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact;
• Internalize our business, end-to-end, in order to determine appropriate KPIs and perform analysis to understand the impacts of business initiatives;
• Support our growing business team with clean, actionable data;
• Define analytical approaches and metrics strategy to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve productivity;
• Understand required data, identify where data sets reside and their underlying structure to manipulate through SQL queries;
• Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data;
• Analyze client’s target audience, payment behavior and history;
• Come up with recommendation and optimizations that aims to improve merchant process and end-user experience;
• Perform all other duties as directed by Management.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
• Experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data;
• Experienced PC user;
• Database background, SQL knowledge;
• Team player, establishing harmonious working relationships with team members and colleagues;
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Proficient English language skills;
• Experience in Python programming.
