BI Analyst / Business Analyst / Data Analyst
These BI Analysts will build dashboards, analyze data, and bridge communication between technical teams and business users. The team is looking to hire two professionals – one with 2–3 years of experience and another with up to 5+ years – to support a range of internal stakeholders and project needs.

Candidate Snapshot
Location
- Must be based in Phoenix greater area, AZ (In office 4 days/week and working remotely on Fridays)
Experience
- Hiring 2 roles: open to both early-career (2–3 years) and mid-level (4–6 years) candidates
- Titles may include: BI Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst
- Industry background in construction, blue-collar, or financial/IT hybrid is a plus
Education
- No degree required - (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems)
Technical Skills
- Power BI – must have; strong visualization and dashboard experience
- SQL – basic to intermediate querying required
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft tools a plus
- Bonus: exposure to data modeling, DAX, or predictive analytics
