Job Description:


  • Understand functional requirements from the clients through a series of meetings, questionnaires, presentations, etc.
  • Requirement gathering, preparing data flows, and mapping information
  • Client management through weekly status meetings.
  • Ability to manage a team of developers and Project Leads
  • Strong analytical and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
  • You should be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
  • professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having a thorough understanding of various phases of Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development, and Testing.
  • Extensive experience in gathering, managing, and documenting business and functional requirements, communicating effectively with management, developers, and QA engineers.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles, including design patterns and reusability


Responsibilities

  • Timely updates on the project status to all relevant stakeholders
  • Timely escalation of risks to all stakeholders and derive an agreeable mitigation plan
  • Deliver against the transition plans, including infrastructure/application support models, change management, learning & communication deliverables
  • Contribute to the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and engagement activities), and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the ’business as usual environment
  • Idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritization, and feature definition translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, wireframes, and product specifications
  • Product features and functionality roadmaps Manage the software engineering resources pool and ensure proper resource allocation depending on project/business needs
