About the Role

Are you a data-driven storyteller with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for unlocking business potential through insights? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) to join our growing team and play a critical role in supporting strategic decisions across marketing, sales, operations, and franchise leadership.

In this high-impact position, you’ll work directly with the CFO and senior executives to deliver dashboards, performance models, and actionable analytics using Power BI and SQL-based reporting. Your work will connect operational data with financial performance, surfacing insights that fuel revenue growth, efficiency, and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with senior leadership (CFO, CRO, COO) to define reporting needs and deliver compelling visualizations.
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by delivering insightful, timely, and accurate analytics.
  • Design, develop, and manage enterprise reports and dashboards in a Microsoft SQL/Power BI environment.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable BI solutions.
  • Work with BI developers, production DBAs, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to access and interpret BI content independently.
  • Maintain technical documentation and continuously optimize queries for performance.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally in a Microsoft-based tech stack.
  • Power BI expert with advanced MS Excel, PivotTable, and Power Query skills.
  • Skilled in T-SQL and familiar with ERP systems and financial data mapping.
  • Proficient in DAX and comfortable working with R and/or Python.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse design, data marts, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and problem solver.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel occasionally (<5%).

Why Join Us?

This isn’t just a reporting role—it’s a seat at the decision-making table. You’ll have direct access to executive leadership and play a vital part in shaping the company’s strategic direction through data. You’ll enjoy a collaborative culture, opportunities to innovate, and the ability to see your insights come to life.
