Business Intelligence Analyst

The team seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to work in a hybrid capacity from one of our 23 offices to help the firm collect, track, analyze, and deploy business intelligence to advance marketing and business development strategies.
Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence & Innovation, the Business Intelligence Analyst will drive the systematization and standardization of key business data and work to streamline the technology and repositories used to catalog and manage this intelligence. This work will directly support the firm's efforts to strengthen client relationships, deepen market insights, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain critical business intelligence, including:
Standardize and systematize the collection and maintenance of business intelligence across firm systems and platforms to enable efficient retrieval and analysis.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure business intelligence is actionable, current, and easily accessible for marketing, client development, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis to inform business development strategies and practice planning.
Create visual dashboards, profiles, and reports summarizing intelligence insights to support decision-making at the firm, practice group, and client team levels.
Establish and maintain news and litigation alerts to track updates on clients, prospects, and industries of strategic interest.
Contribute to cross-practice and firmwide initiatives focused on strengthening the firm's competitive positioning and market responsiveness.
