Purpose
Support APAC business growth through in depth analysis of internal and external data. Transform data into insights that drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Intelligence for APAC RMP, deliver analysis for performance reviewing and RMP decisions
- Support communication with shareholders and key stakeholders by providing Reports and high quality business analysis
- Lead business review meetings with data & presentation preparation, coordinate with RM & Pricing for alerts/ recommendations
- Support APAC Markets and other functions on data / BI related needs
Tasks
Be responsible of APAC RMP reporting creation, updating and maintenance
- Design and build dashboard /reports according to business needs
- Ensure the update and maintenance of all relevant reports needed by RMP
- Constantly improve business monitoring tools
- Be one of the key contact in APAC region for PowerBI/ data related topics
Business Intelligence (internal and external data) with in depth analysis to follow business performance, alert RMP team/ other departments for action
- Performance monitoring of APAC resorts & APAC markets, alert the risk and coordinate with RM & Pricing for relevant actions recommendation
- Launch the REX practice for RMP actions specially on promo analysis
- Run Pricing Benchmark analysis to ensure our value proposition is relevant vs competition
- Run in depth analysis of Club Med performance vs industry (e.g. STR benchmark)
- Provide ad-hoc analysis requested by RMP team/ top management / other departments for business needs or shareholders communication needs
Prepare and coordinate meetings with key analysis from RMP perspective
- Prepare meetings like monthly business review and cluster sales meeting's presentation & analysis (e.g. sales performance, cross bookings, benchmark, arrival trend, pricing factors etc...)
- Coordinate with RM & Pricing for alert & recommendations, propose new Business initiatives to help drive business growth from RMP perspective
Regional key contact of PowerBI coordination with corporate data team and data integrity
- Perform cross-application check on the database to ensure data integrity for APAC resorts and markets
- Coordinate with HQ for database and application enhancement / correction / development
- Be one of the key contact in APAC region for PowerBI / data related topics' training / questions
Manage 1 business analysis intern, in charge of intern's recruitment, training and ensure task delivery
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Revenue Management/Finance/ Economic or Data Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BI /Data analysis. Hotel/cruise/airline industry background is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Pricing / Finance
- Strong Analytical skills, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Data management skills, Project management, Ability to Multitask
- Excellent Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, PowerBI
