THE JOB AT A GLANCE

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for cross-functional collaboration and operational alignment? We’re looking for a Business Integration Manager to play a key role in translating strategy into execution within our COID and Group Operations business. In this pivotal position, you’ll support the Head of Strategy and Business Integration in driving organizational effectiveness, streamlining operations, and managing high-impact strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Strategy Translation & Alignment

• Support the development and execution of business strategies in line with industry trends and competitor insights.
• Translate C&GO strategy into actionable business models and initiatives.
• Review and align existing strategies, driving sustainable competitive advantage.
• Facilitate collaboration across business functions to ensure strategic clarity and impact.

2. Cross-functional Business Integration

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth strategy execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and support change management initiatives.
• Promote collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

3. Strategic Portfolio Management

• Align project execution with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and oversee integrated business plans and strategic priorities.
• Track and report on key initiatives to ensure measurable success.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Engage internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and informed decision-making.
• Prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive teams.
• Keep senior leadership informed on integration progress and milestones.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Education:
• NQF Level 8: Honours Degree (required)
• NQF Level 9: Master’s Degree (advantageous)
• Experience & Skills:
• 8–10 years in strategic business integration, management consulting, or strategy execution
• Strong grasp of strategic planning and operational execution
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead change initiatives
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working in high-impact, complex environments
