• Proficien cy in assembling desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware components and peripherals ;
• Skilled in installing, configuring, and updating Windows OS, including drivers and baseline list of applications ;
• Ab ility to connect devices to wired/wireless networks and diagnose connectivity issues.
  
  

Duties/role:

• Providing on-site and remote support for installation and initial configuration of user equipment (workstations, laptops, peripherals) ;
• Installing operating systems and baseline applications ;
• Setting up network connectivity.
