Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation team in executing hospital digitalization projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) for planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects.
  • Prepare resource plans, timelines, and training requirements for hospitals.
  • Responsible for the growth and development of the team (coaching, performance evaluations, one-on-one sessions).
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (product, development, QA) and external parties (hospitals, vendors, client PICs).
  • Assist in escalating both technical and non-technical issues during implementation in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
  • Analyze hospital business processes and align them with system solutions.
  • Document processes and provide regular progress reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or system implementation (preferably in the healthcare sector).
  • Proven experience in leading teams and conducting coaching/one-on-one sessions.
  • Capable of creating project plans and managing timelines.
  • Familiar with hospital systems such as SIMRS, EMR, HIS.
  • Communicative, solution-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally (with product, development, and clients).
