Job Description: 

The Business Financial Data Analyst will play a critical role in our organization, handling a range of responsibilities related to the Insurance business. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process Improvement: Analyze business processes to identify and implement opportunities for increased efficiency and improved customer satisfaction. 
• Financial Analysis: Evaluate the financial impact of operational activities, support budget management, and optimize reserves. 
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance product and service quality, leading to improved customer experience and reduced operational costs. 
• Supply Chain Analysis: Assess and improve supply chain efficiency, identifying potential bottlenecks and risk factors impacting overall business performance. 
• Revenue & Payment Analysis: Analyze revenue streams and payment trends to project future income, monitor payment throughput, and evaluate financial impact across different customer segments and channels. 
• Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify patterns, improve customer understanding, and enhance targeting strategies based on demographics and other factors. 
• Cost Efficiency Reporting: Prepare reports on acquisition costs and analyze marketing channels to optimize cost-effectiveness and ROI. 
• Risk & Exposure Reporting: Generate risk exposure reports to aid in the management and mitigation of financial and operational risks. 

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. 

- 5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related role. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. 

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

- Knowledge of warranty processes and regulations are a plus.
