Job Description: * Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years * Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication. * The person in this position will be working terminations as well as CPI. * Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI. Responsibilities: * Experience with auditing billing/invoices * Systems audit experience * Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships. * Attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Note: * Home-Based Pay Range: $35 - $36hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
