Key responsibilities/expectations

• Subject Matter Expert and business advisor for E2E P&L of the respective perimeter (HRSI/RS)
• Provide insights & recommendations on business performance (Topline, GM, SFC)
• Close collaboration with the Country Finance Manager, local management team, sales teams, project teams and other stakeholders
• Support the business into delivering proper financial details and driving the forecasting process adopting the new forecasting (EPM) tool
• Deliver excellence in analytics and value add analysis using new digital tools implemented by the Group

Required qualifications/experience

• University Education completion in Finance domain
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business finance area, Business analysis, Controlling or related field
• Strong Excel knowledge, strong digital appetite
• Ability to adopt and learn new tools
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in oral and written English

Preferred/Plus

• DFL, Tableau, Tagetik
