Our team is looking for a Business Engineering Manager to drive work from ideation to implementation and future iterations. As a Business Engineering Manager, you will lead the advertising industry by building new solutions and enabling Meta's marketing organization to realize the full potential of those solutions while also leading and managing a team of Business Engineers. This role will allow you to apply problem solving, leading, and consulting cross-functional leaders on creating and executing a marketing strategy, leading a team of Engineers, and growing their careers. Meta's Business Engineering team is formed of problem solvers and software engineers and collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and architect end-to-end solutions. We are at the cross function of business and engineering helping Meta's marketing partners succeed and reach their business goals with Meta products, by finding technological solutions to meet their needs.10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree Experience building consensus within cross-functional organizations Experience designing, building, and iterating on scalable software platforms, applications, and taking products from a nascent state to maturity Experience proactively identifying and executing organizational and product improvements across several teams Experience distilling technical concepts into language for various audiences, including software engineers, business, and technical leaders Experience managing a team with multiple roles Knowledge of the social media landscape globally Experience working with global teams Experience with agile software development methodologies
