Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with deep roots in the Turkish gaming ecosystem to drive our market expansion, strategic partnerships, and community connections in the region. The ideal candidate is either a local Turkish professional or a Mandarin-speaking talent with prior experience living, studying, or working in Turkey and who understands the nuances of local gaming culture and industry relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure business development opportunities in Turkey's gaming industry, including partnerships with studios, publishers, platforms, influencers.
  • Strong understanding of Turkish culture and local gaming landscape.
  • Serve as a cultural and commercial bridge between our headquarters and the Turkish market.
  • Identify and connect with top-tier casual game products and art talents in Turkey.
  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities in local Turkish casual game startups.
  • Lead negotiations, partnership proposals, and onboarding of local partners.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with top Turkish studios and license their games for publishing in China.
  • Manage the whole process from launching and oversee the performance of publishing.
  • Represent the company at local game expos, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and user behavior to inform strategic decisions.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Turkish and Chinese (English will be a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, communications, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish gaming market, including its major players, genres, platforms, and community culture.
  • Strong existing network within Turkey’s gaming or tech sectors.
  • 3+ years of experience in game related roles in Turkey.
  • Proven track record of at least one successful case, e.g. acing as publishing partner, investment or outsourcing collaborations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Frequent business travel in Beijing,China and Turkey is required.
  • Prior experience working with Chinese or other Asian gaming markets will be a plus.
  • Familiar with causal game trends and monetization models (e.g., hyper-casual, hybrid monetized games)
