- Drive pipeline growth through market intelligence, GWAC/BIC contract vehicles (e.g., GSA MAS, Seaport NxG, STARS III, etc.), and alternative contracting models (OTA, SBIR).
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to shape innovative and differentiated technical offerings.
Proposal Leadership
- Partner with proposal managers to ensure compelling, compliant, and deadline-driven proposal submissions.
- Support proposal writing, color team reviews, and oral presentation strategy.
- Contribute to past performance narratives, staffing plans, and pricing strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain and expand relationships with government acquisition officials, program managers, and industry partners.
- Represent Varada at DoD-focused conferences, industry days, and SOCOM-specific engagements.
Qualifications
Required
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
