Summary

Chefaa is an innovative digital health platform transforming the way people access medications and healthcare services in Egypt. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Team Lead to oversee our business development efforts and drive growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the BI Hub module in Egypt and KSA, ensuring business growth and market expansion
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, including emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Conduct research and establish strong relationships with potential clients
  • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings with potential customers
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Negotiate contract terms and finalize deals with customers
  • Ensure agreements align with company objectives and client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value for both the company and the client
  • Train, mentor, and support the business development team to enhance their performance and skills
  • Monitor team progress and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and publish targeted advertisements
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare a final performance report
  • Oversee team reporting, providing key business insights and data-driven presentations
  • Stay updated on industry news and developments to inform business strategies
  • Work closely with the technology team to contribute to product development ( BIHub)
  • Provide market insights to help improve the company's offerings


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful business development and achieving sales targets
  • A strong understanding of the health tech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results through a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and sales tools
  • Fluency in English are a plus
  • Experience in market analysis and business intelligence
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and campaign management
