Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Pune. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, driving revenue, conducting market research, and providing exceptional stakeholder management. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales and marketing decks, presenting to clients, continued upsell/cross sell dialog with clients and contributing to strategic planning to enhance business growth.

  • Strong stakeholder engagements
  • Lead Generation to Lead Closure - full cycle ownership
  • Use of AI tools for marketing, reach outs and
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
