Position Summary:

We seek a dynamic and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on cybersecurity services.. This role will report to the VP of Resiliency Services and requires an energetic mind with a passion for sales coupled with fluency in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and a solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategies to drive impactful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • define and execute go-to-market strategiesDrive sales efforts for specific products.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and support meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (salesforce) systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Support customer onboarding and account management processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including external partners to execute sales.
  • Analyze performance metrics and to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the market to inform strategy and drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales or biz dev role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and the security industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  • Expertise in sales analytics, including the ability to extract and interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise messaging.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and sales strategies, with a proven ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cybersecurity marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Certification in Salesforce.com or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
