Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through online platforms, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services (web development, SEO, PPC and Social media marketing).

Client Communication & Follow-ups:

  • Initiate and manage conversations with prospects via email, phone, or Meet.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.

Proposal & Presentation:

  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized plans and pricing.

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Maintain and update lead status, client information, and call notes.
  • Take up meetings with clients from starting to close/final call.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital innovations.
  • Suggest new ways to target and convert potential clients.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a digital agency).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media marketing, PPC, website development, etc.).
  • Comfortable handling international client conversations and time zones.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Sales Tools or B2B marketplaces.
  • Prior exposure to marketing/sales funnels and outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital KPIs and basic marketing metrics.
