Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to leads provided by the company
• Pitch our MSME and startup loan services confidently
• Follow up with interested clients and set appointments for senior sales team
• Maintain and update lead database regularly
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Communicate professionally and build rapport with potential clients

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-based role
• Basic knowledge of MSME/startup ecosystem is a plus
• Prior telecalling or telesales experience is preferred
• Must be punctual, motivated, and goal-oriented
