Compensation: $50–$55K base + uncapped commission (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
80% Lead Generation & Sales
- Prospect & Close. Use cold outreach, warm intros, and genuine charm to bring in new business from marketing, tech, and creative teams.
- Research & Convert. Qualify leads and move them through the funnel like a boss.
- Network. Join events, meetups, coffee chats, and Slack communities (yes, even the awkward ones).
- Lead Intake. Handle inbound leads like gold—because they are. Kick off onboarding in tandem with our recruiting and client service teams.
10% Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Expand & Retain. Keep your clients close and their hiring managers closer. Spot new opportunities before they even realize they need help.
- Collaborate. Partner with recruiting, marketing, and leadership to deliver smart, strategic staffing solutions.
10% Sales Process & Admin
- Plan the Work. Build and execute weekly sales strategies using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry job boards.
- Track the Work. Log it all in TrackerRMS and/or Zoho. Update pipelines, report on metrics, rinse and repeat.
- Close the Work. Help prep estimates, proposals, and contracts in partnership with our Client & Account Manager.
What You Bring
- * 3+ years of B2B sales experience (bonus points for staffing, tech, marketing, or creative industry connections)
- Proven track record of lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals
- A confident, proactive communication style with consistently strong follow-up
- Comfort with structured sales processes, tools, and performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—but equivalent experience or a killer sales track record will do just fine
