Role Description

We are looking for dynamic, energetic and go-getter business development person who loves to generate leads and converts prospects into opportunities. The candidate must have the skill to make 3000 calls/month and be skilled in selling SaaS based software to US based customers. The successful candidate shall be placed at our Client's office in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana. It is a WFO Full-time Job, “Remote” option also available.

• Reach out to the SaaS prospects in the USA through various channels (Mainly cold call, Linkedin and email)
• Setup quality appointments with stakeholders for Sales team
• Track in CRM and optimize your outreach process (Mainly cold call, Linkedin and email)
• Convert cold prospects into warm opportunities

Desired Skills

1. The candidate must have a proven track record of selling exclusively to US based B2B/B2B SaaS companies.
2. The candidate should be able to make over 3,000 cold calls each month.
3. The primary KPI at the current company should be appointment generation from the US in B2B SaaS.
4. The candidate should have proven track record of achieving targets in last few months/quarters in terms of revenue and setting up the number of appointment.

Requirements

1. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in business development and appointment set-up
2. Must have the skill to spot promising prospects quickly
3. Communicate with clarity and persuasion
4. Work autonomously with clear metrics
5. Show genuine interest in our solutions
