A consulting startup with goal to provide whole range of HR solutions with core focus on all things Talent and Culture. We are an early stage bootstrapped firm.


Working Condition:

  • Location: Sector 51 (Work from Office)
  • Working Days: Strictly 5 days a week work from office with some flexibility
  • Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation through various channels (Cold Calling, Networking, Digital Outreach, etc.)
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pitch Talinkd's solutions across Hiring, Culture, HR Projects etc.
  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships through consultative selling.
  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including contract finalisation and mandate handover.
  • Manage ongoing client mandates, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as Temp Staffing, HR Outsourcing, Payroll, and Projects like Culture Evaluation, ESAT, Improving hiring experience etc.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure quality and timely delivery on assigned mandates.
  • Participate in special projects across hiring, market research, or internal initiatives (if interested).


Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally, someone with 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/ Staffing firm with focus on high skill hiring.
  • Being truly entrepreneurial in mindset. Someone who dreams big and truly wishes to challenge norms as they prevail in this industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfort in managing multiple client mandates simultaneously.


Compensation: (Fixed + Revenue Share OR Fixed + Quarterly Incentive + Annual Bonus)

  • Fixed Pay Range: 2 - 4 LPA
  • Revenue Share: upto 10% of revenue (Share as mutually agreed and paid immediately upon realisation)
  • Quarterly Incentive: As per agreed KPIs
  • Annual Bonus: As per agreed KPIs
