Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Adhyyan Books The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling our service packages and onboarding authors for book writing and publishing. This role requires a blend of strong communication, persuasive skills, and a passion for the publishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and reach out to potential authors and clients. Promote and sell publishing service packages tailored to authors' needs, including book writing, editing, design, and marketing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with authors, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust. Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on publishing industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Gather feedback from authors and clients to refine service offerings.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial, design, and marketing to ensure a smooth transition for onboarded authors.
• Provide insights and inputs to improve service offerings based on client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience of about 2-3 year ( Not preferring candidates with above 5 years of experience) in sales or business development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping authors achieve their dreams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
