Summary

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Company: FPS Logistics Private Limited

Location: Dwarka Sector-8, Delhi

Experience Required: 0–1 year (Logistics industry experience is mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and convert potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector (air & ocean freight).
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with shippers, importers, and exporters.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized logistics solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain a proper database of prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches, quotations, and service proposals to clients.
  • Attend client meetings, trade fairs, and other networking events to promote the company.
  • Handle client issues promptly and maintain a high level of client retention.
Eligibility:
  • +1 year of experience in business development or sales in the logistics/freight forwarding industry (mandatory).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of air and ocean freight operations.
  • Self-motivated .
