Tetra Trust is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Business Relationships & Sales, the BDR will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts, building strategic client relationships, and executing the business development strategy. You will be a key player in expanding the company’s customer base, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring long-term partnerships. This role requires a mix of sales leadership, client-facing experience, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (including product, engineering and operations) to ensure that the company meets its growth targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

This role is based in Toronto with a structured hybrid work model of at least 3 days in the office per week. This role requires a full-time office work model during the first month for training.
