Job Title: Business Development Representative

Salary: Up to $75,000 Basic + $35,000 Commission OTE

Location: San Fran Bay Area

Role Overview

As a founding member of the BDR team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape sales strategies, develop outreach playbooks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including growth, marketing, sales, and product development. The ideal candidate is ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and diligent inbound lead qualification.​
  • Develop innovative strategies to drive lead generation and enhance the sales pipeline.​
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective outbound campaigns.​
  • Gain deep expertise in the company's platform and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.​
  • Accurately maintain and update records within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.​


Experience

  • Previous experience in customer-facing or sales roles.​
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.​
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and high sense of urgency.​
  • Ideally, a background in a high-growth start-up environment.​
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution.​
