Title: Business Development
Responsibilities
Business Development is an entry level B2B sales position for a quick ramp up to an Account Manager position. The typical transition period last between 6-12 months.
- Help close sales with the Account Managers.
- Generate sales leads through literature, e-mail campaigns, and phone dialogue.
- Prospecting through canvassing areas.
- Work with Account Managers to learn company SOP's.
- Create and manage prospective customer database.
- Digitize all contacts through CRM for mail merge campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing Department to develop new customers.
- Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information and then discuss sales activities with management.
- Support Marketing efforts in all capacities.

Preference Will Be Given To
Candidates that possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business programs. Candidates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience. Candidates who are Bi-Lingual - Spanish and Mandarin.
