Why are we hiring?

We’ve grown our almost-four-year-old startup through a partner-driven model, relying on external sales teams to generate multimillion-dollar annual revenue. Now, we’re building our own sales team, and we need a mission—and purpose-driven business development professional to lead the way.

Our company combines technology with human-led cognitive behavioral coaching to tackle major healthcare challenges, from obesity and grief to anxiety and parenting. We’ve already impacted health plans, funeral homes, K-12 education, and higher education.

Our goal? 3,000,000 coaching sessions in 10 years. With 20,000 completed so far, we need the right person to help us scale.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and CPO but with full autonomy—hustle is key. Your role is to identify, prospect, and secure clients in business and healthcare. Self-motivation is a must.

If you need extensive training and oversight, this isn’t for you. But if you’re confident, thrive on challenges, and want high-growth potential, this is your opportunity.

This hybrid role includes both in-office and remote work.

What are we looking for?

  • Meaningful Sales Experience: You have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in selling services and technology (coaching, consulting, professional development, or similar fields), and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide Strong Referrals: Strong referrals are a testament to our impact. Our success is built on trust, meaningful relationships, and the value we consistently deliver.
  • Self-Driven and Motivated: We thrive on self-driven, motivated individuals who take initiative, embrace challenges, and push boundaries to create meaningful impact.
  • Loves People: Our employees must genuinely love people, building relationships, understanding their needs, and making a meaningful impact on their lives.
  • Kindness: Kindness is at the core of everything we do. Our team approaches every interaction with empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • High Work Ethic: A strong work ethic is essential—we value dedication, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results every day.
  • Full-Time Dependability and Availability: We need someone reliable who shows up every day and is ready to contribute. We believe that dependability can often outweigh experience and talent.

The responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change depending on the company's needs.
