Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Representative for Fluent English Speakers at FlairsTech. The role is located in Qesm El Maadi but allows for some work from home. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities.


Qualifications

  • Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales abilities
  • Business Development expertise
  • Identifies and reaches out to cold prospects (people who have not interacted with the company)
  • Generates interest through mainly cold calling & secondarily cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Initiates conversations with decision-makers to create new sales opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in Apollo or other CRM is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
