As a Business Development Representative at SSC Egypt, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by helping to identify and develop new business opportunities. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
Conduct market analysis to better understand client needs and develop tailored strategies
Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to introduce SSC Egypt's services and secure meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information and sales activities
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide necessary market insights
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders as needed
Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to maintain client relationships
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the in outsourcing, recruitment, IT or technology sector
Must have experience selling in GCC or Europe
Demonstrated ability to engage with decision-makers and influence key stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales engagement software
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent in English and Fluent Arabic
