Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present Index Infotech’s services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and senior sales executives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Report sales progress and business opportunities to the head of department.

Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
