Position: Business Development Representative (SaaS – German Speaking)

Location: Amsterdam

Salary: €36,000 - €42,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid


Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team based in Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-oriented professional looking to make a real impact in a tech-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the broader strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Engage with leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings to qualify prospects and generate interest in communication solutions.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, identifying their needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.


About You:

  • Fluent in English & German
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role—ideally within SaaS or a tech-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and persuade.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
